Marina Antonas joined ECCNSW in July 2020. Marina Antonas is the Inner West Sector Support Development and Training Officer. She has a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences majoring in Psychology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Aged Care.

With her expertise in the area of aged care Marina has worked extensively in both the Government and non-Government sectors. Her knowledge and experience entail policy development and implementation, service delivery and the aged care reforms at National, State and Local government levels.

Marina ‘s work currently focusses on capacity building of aged care services and the facilitation in the delivery of training to over 147 aged care providers across the Inner West region. She acts as a conduit for the Department of Health and Department of Social Services, to aged care providers and consumers in ensuring reform implementation and best practice in service delivery are achieved.

Throughout her career, Marina has been a firm believer of the importance of the person-centred approach that endorses the wellbeing of older people and quality service.




Natalie Phan joined ECCNSW in July 2020. With over 10 years of experience in professional office assistant positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Natalie is now a versatile SSD Support Officer for the Inner West Sector Support Development and Training Program.

She is responsible for supporting the Inner West Sector Support Development and Training Officer with a wide range of administrative tasks including designing information brochures/newsletters and generating website content.
