The Hubs are continuing the Telephone Support (available to all of Greater Sydney and Illawarra) and we re-opened the Ashfield and Hurstville Information Hubs in September.  Now opening monthly for four hours. Attached are the updated flyers.

• contact the My Aged Care centre
• fill in forms
