We are currently running a scoping project which asks people their opinions about the need for a highly specialised (tertiary) intellectual disability mental health service in NSW, and how, if such a service existed, it could best operate. We want to ask people who support a person with an intellectual disability and co-occurring mental ill health what they think about this issue.
