Continuity of support for people ineligible for the NDIS |
The NSW Continuity of Support Pathways Project, funded by the National Disability Insurance Agency and the Department of Social Services (DSS), and administered by FACS, commenced in Year 1 Districts in NSW on 1 July 2017. The Pathways Project supports service providers to help people under 65 receiving Community Care Supports Program (CCSP) services to move to alternative arrangements.
